Flag urging DA -- a yes vote May 21 for Montenegrin independence from Serbia

We got the idea that Tracy should see Montenegro, the newest country in Europe because that would be a great peg for a travel story she could write.

So, from Dubrovnik we drove down the Adriatric coast around the Bay of Bocco to Kotor.

Tracy congratulated the customs official on the Montenegran side on his new country. He smiled.
