Another pretty cliche picture of Bosnia



These watermills on the Pliva River are must photographed and beloved, but worthless. Sixty years ago or so, families would make an appointment to use one of these little wooden houses. They'd bring their wheat and the cold, rushing water running over the wheels under the houses wound grint their flour. The wheels and damns are in bad shape now, but the sight is still pretty. It's fun to stand in the stream on a hot day and be instantly cooled off.
