Rain makes the Miljacka run fast and muddy. I worried last week that ugly metal frames set up in the middle of the river to display Film Festival posters would be left up long after the festival, rusting and displaying stupid cigarette ads. I needn't have worried. The river knocked over two of them reducing them to twisted messes that I assume some public worker will soon be sent to fish out.
