Regular housing in Algeria. Note the all-important satellite dish. Because there's so little credit or billing or debt collection here, you don't get one satellite serving a whole building. Everyone buys their own for cash and picks up the signal. There used to be a steady thieving business in the dish receptors. But now, they are made and sold for so little, there's no point stealing them.
