Algerian Couscous
Ingredients 2 Pounds Chicken Breast -- cubed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Medium Onion -- sliced
1 Large Tomato -- chopped
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
1 Stick Cinnamon
1 Can Chick Peas
1 Package Couscous
Directions Saute all but couscous and chickpeas, until chicken is done. Add chick peas, simmer until warmed through. Serve mixed together with prepared couscous. Serve.
Serves 4
