Beauty in the details

What I liked most about Thailand, I mean aside from how well my son speaks and makes his way in a foreign place and the cheap massages and clothes and the great food, was how you could look nearly any place and see something beautiful. Attention seems to have been paid to the tiniest details...the way fruit was cut for sale, the paper lanterns in trees, the wind chimes and bells in the wats. No wonder we ended up with some 1,500 photos by the end of the trip.
