Cetinje -- a Montenegrin city the Turks never captured


Set atop a mountain and surrounded by other mountains, the old royal capital of Cetinje never fell into Turkish hands as did much of the rest of the region. The historical museum contains one of the world's largest collection of battle flags, according to our museum guide. Some like these are riddled with gun holes -- and all were taken from defeated Turks.
