It reminded me of the horrible scene we saw repeatedly driving through the West Bank of fields filled with nothing but rows of stumps, Israel 's retributive policy for control of the West Bank has included chopping down Palestinian olive groves which kills beautiful plants and ends the livelihood of people in the area.
