The lunch curse continues

We think we have found a treasure in fish restaurant we pick for lunch in Dubronik – Proto in the old town.

It’s lovely and our waitress so striking Tracy makes her pose for a photo. I order an inky risotto that I love, but Tracy gets a trout that she dives into and gets a forkful of bones. We try to help at this point to remove the backbone but it’s a lost cause. She has a dish full of mashed white fish meat and bones. Luckily I have risotto enough for two.

This is really a small thing to complain about when I think people don’t have enough to eat and here I am traveling in Europe.
