One more Algerian Beach scene

Local lore is that this abandoned shell of a castle on the edge of the bay is haunted. No one could tell me by whom. But voices have been heard inside and so it remains untouched and unrazed. No children climb around inside either.

The same cannot be said about the crumbling half-built stadium a new miles down the coast from here. Officials abandoned the building mid-stream after changing their mind about the location. Local lore about that is that the city is haunted by idiot officials.

There is talk about reclaiming the shore in front of the old stadium for gardens and swimming.
