All of a sudden I'm hearing the expression "a scrum of reporters." As in, the suspect faced a scrum of reporters outside the courthouse.
I thought it might be a Brit expression or something European, but no. Check it out in Google. Lots of references.
What is a scrum? How did we get corralled into a scrum rather than a flock or a pod?
