Vikings

We found Denmark's Viking past in the huge National Museum. Marco had asked for something Viking and authentic so we got him a copy of this interesting Viking god in the museum shop. He's fierce, muscled and virile so we figured it some kind of Thor-like studly god of the wild men. But I also got him a book about Vikings and learned that I'd purchased Frey, the Viking god of fertility. Oops, that'll be taken as a reminder I think my kids are failing to produced grandchildren.
