If I were a Muslim woman in Algeria
Well, I wouldn't be but this is what I'd look like. I was invited to Iftar at the home of a newspaper colleague this week and so, of course, asked a million questions about the life of women and hijab and got another lesson in scarf-wearing. The women here do not restrict themselves to black and brown and there are whole stores devoted to veils of different material and colors.
